Whats the fastest way to rid the fat injected in my knee area?

I had knee work done due to my knobby inner knees. Dr. pulled tissue out of the area but on one leg he pulled too much and did a scar revision 8 months later. He also injected fat into the area and it's wayyy too much; my knees look worse. What's the best way to flush out all of the fat?

Without IN person examination over the internet very hard to respond. I might try Thermigen RF to melt fat slowly, but just a guess. (more)

How in world can I move the fat that was injected yesterday into my knee out? I hear the first few days are critical. I want it flushed asap...looks horrible.
