What is happening to my new nose job

I had plastic Surgey 9 days ago, after cast removal I was horrified with results I know that it is swollen but the job doesn't seem like it's what I asked for or showed pictures of at all. I am African American and I wanted a narrow tip and bridge effect on my nose, however the doctor pretty much gave me a big tip and I do not see a bridge at all. I am very unhappy and hate going out in public like this it's worse than my old nose. I know it's only been 9 days and I'm swollen as ever but even with the swelling I don't see the doctors idea or the shape/form I asked for either way. Plus one of my nostrils was scarred and I picked at a scab and now have a indent on the tip of my nostril that instead of now having a oval nostril whole it now looks like a slit is in there.. Please help its all I think about I'm an investment banker and work in the public eye and it makes me very self conscious.
