You are getting to the point where a revision can be considered. 6 months to a year is usually reasonable for this area, but exceptions can be made. You may of course wait longer if you (more)

It will be coming up on a year since I had my surgery. Dec. 18th of 2008.
I have not had the revision surgery yet. I plan on getting it done within a few months. We just feel the muscle needs to be tightened a little more. It's best to go back and do it again with a revision, than have to much fat removed and to much tightening. That would result in hollowing and a mis-shaped under eye. However, I am happier now with the results of the 1st surgery, after almost a year! Just needs a little revision done...

I had two fatty pockets, on on each side of eyes and excess skin under eyes. The second surgery created pocket under 1 eye and a large mass of fatty pocket under second. Not sure where to turn now. Don't want to go back to same Dr. Want to Sue him actually.
