Will skin heal back together if I popped stitch too early??

in cleaning the inscion around the alarplasty incsion in the crease area I used a qtip and cleaned the area not rough but enough to get dried blood up. I took a piece of the stitch and skin is a little seperated very very tiny you actually have to pull it back a little to see that Just want to know should I panic , i prematurely snapped a stitch on the outside and I hope this doesnt affect my results? Will the skin, heal it self together ? there was no blood just a slight sting since it open a teeny bit . I shouldnt have bothered cleaning it, I am going for cast removal this friday should I ask for another stitch on that side or just let the skin heal itself now? its not visible open you have to go very close in mirror and pull skin back a bit on cheek area to see the seperation itself, im just hope it closes.

Most likely a non issue, BUT best to see your surgeon in person to exam the area ASAP11 (more)
