I had plastic surgery done about a year ago. After all the swelling and bruising went down - I was not happy with the outcome....

One eye is completely flat with a bulge in my cheek. It looks like the doctor pushed the bag down into my cheek area. The other eye still has the bag under it even though both eyes were black and blue from the surgery. The surgery was also performed at a discounted price. I phoned the doctor to see if the procedure could be corrected. After that day I received a call from the doctor. He asked that I send in pictures. I sent five different photos to his email address and got a good confirmation on my end, but I haven't heard from the doctor. Three weeks have passed. I called again. The same clerk starts drilling me again with questions. At this point I start to get agitated because I am feeling ignored. She asked that I send her the photos so she could pass them along to the doctor. Why? I had already sent the doctor photos and explained to him what the problem was. I asked her again to have the doctor call me. I do understand he has surgeries to perform, however, it has been three weeks since I last spoke to the doctor. So far it's been three days and I have not heard anything back. Should I move on to another doctor?

It is obvious you had out of country surgery. Best to seek IN USA local boarded PS to see you in person and try to offer you a revision. But I am sure it will be very costly... Sorry... (more)
