Hyalouronic acid filler under eyes has not been absorbed after 4 years. What are the chances of it eventually dissolving naturally? How can I help it

The restylane filler I had injected 4 years ago under my eyes has never been absorbed and has migrated lower in my face, and it is quite a visible bump. It is located right under the base of my eyelid and it extents it giving the impression of shaggy bruised eye bags. The doctor suggested hyalouronidase but after this bad experience and having read how hyalouronidase can destroy your eye lids I do not want to take any more chances with injections. Is there a way to help the filler dissolve naturally? Will it dissolve eventually on each own, or if it were to dissolve it would have in those 4 years. My life has changed for ever. I feel embarrassed all the time. I am 35 years old and I have 50 years old looking eyes. Please help me. It is so bad I don't want to live anymore. I look tired and depressed even when I am rested and happy.

NEVER seen long lasting Restylane ever! You must have had a 'permanent filler' injected. Only way to diagnose is incisional punch biopsy with pathologic review. Do not do hyalurondiase (more)
