Strut question

I had 2 rhinoplasties and after the second one I am having a lot of problems with columella strut. My surgeon says it is columella strut going over nasal spine. I feel this ball like thing under my left nostril that I could not feel before meaning only after 2nd rhinoplasty and i hear it clicking and thumping when i move upper lip and it gets locked into place and I can push it back and forth. It is very umcomfortable and sometimes feels sharp and painful and i am really nervous about this for the rest of my life. A surgeon would not put in a strut too long on purpose so why is this happening. Can anyone explain or help? What is the solution.

Best to seek in person second opinions. Might need revision surgery. Good Luck. (more)
