Regular tummy tuck and lipo or extended

I am trying to decide between a regular tummy tuck with lipo for $6500 or an extended tummy tuck with lipo for $12,500. I trust my dr. (he did my breast in 2008)he initially said the regular tummy tuck would be ok when I saw him in 2012, however, I went again to discuss options and I mentioned my hips. ( I also have gained 20 pounds since 2012) I am 5 ft 2 and weigh 137. I have a small waist and carry all my weight in hips and thighs with loose skin in my abdomen.

Photos did NOT post. Best to seek in person second opinions from boarded PSs in your area. (more)

When asking a new question, we recommend you to be very detailed so that our experts could formulate a more precise & professional answer.

Of course, this service is not a substitute for a doctor visit or a consultation with a plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist.
