I had Lipo revision for additional fat removed but have a hard roll above my belly button

I had a second lipo procedure on abs and left hip to remove more fat and leftover fat pockets. I have dimpling on abdomen and a hard roll above my belly button. Some times the roll is harder and sometimes softer but never goes away with massage. My lower abdomen still seems big and doesn't feel like fluid. I am 8 weeks aout and have lost and additional 5 lbs since surgery. The Dr removed about 700 cc. I never had any professional massages, I just use my handheld one at home. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the lump and will the dimpling get better? Thanks.

Impossible to tell over the internet! Best to seek in person second opinions. Could be excess fat, scarring internally, excess skin, seroma??? (more)
