Revision to chin implant?
Facelift

I had a chin implant a little over two years ago. I clearly explained to the surgeon that I did not want my chin/face to look different from the front that I was happy with that. I wanted an improvement on my side profile. I'm not sure what was done but I came away with a very strong man looking chin. My face was completely squared off and I hate it. I have consulted with other surgeons and I've had them make a couple of suggestions. One is to put Radiesse along the jawline and below the chin to round it out. The other was to replace the chin implant and do a lower face lift. In addition to the chin being high and wide, the right side of my lip is now off-center and lags a tiny bit on the right. The original surgeon denies what I am seeing and says it looks like my original chin and the result is very good. I disagree and am very unhappy with it. I have tried for two years and I am really struggling. I don't have $10,000 to re-position it. Is there any other option? Can some of the square edges be rounded off somehow? Can fat be added below to round it out?
