asymmetric smile + scar! Help!
scar

I was hit by a car 3 years ago. As a result I was left with a hideous bluish 1 inch scar under my chin on the left side below my lower lip, what seems like a fold on the left side running from the base of the left nostril down to the corner of the left side of my lip and of course a crooked smile. There is permanent scar tissue in my lower lip on the left side which makes my lips look bigger on one side (the left > right).

1) fix my smile!
2) anything I can do about minimizing the scar?
3) can the fold be gone?

help me, I live in in NJ and I am more than happy to seek help from anyone who can offer it

please excuse my appearance. I have no makeup and I look like a hot mess, but I just want some advice
