When should I expect final result?
chin implant

I had a chin implant 3 months ago. I could not be happier with the profile view. However, from the front it has completely squared out my face. I have already big full cheeks and now my chin has squared it out (instead of before when I had a small little chin that gave it a little definition). Now my face looks like a bowling ball from the front whenever I smile. The PS said there is still some scar tissue build up by my incision and it could be causing swelling on the corners of my chin (where I have my biggest complaint because it appears square and masculine now). He gave me a shot of a steroid and told me to come back at 6 months and then we can talk. I just want to know if this is how it's going to be because I want it out if that is the case?
