my breast implants are too small

I was uneven with an A and a B before surgery. I am now a small C with silicon under muscle with 275cc and 300 cc. They dont look the same when I was trying them on because going under the muscle gives it a different look. I went in for a consultation with the same DR, and she is charging me close to $2000 more than what I paid the 1st time! I had them done last June so it is still under a year. I don;t think I should pay this much especially if I am unhappy and it is less than a year, right?
