Why is my nose crooked after rhinoplasty

I noticed the cast seemed a little crooked then when it came off it looked a little crooked and I asked the dr and he said it was just a shadow. So now it's been a couple days and it looks more crooked..it's slanting inwards on one side. (The opposite side had a graft put in due to a slight indent ion) the side that's slanting inwards feels very squishy and I can't feel the bone like I can on the other side. It hurts to tough the side that's slanting inwards too and middle vault area is inwards as well. Also the collumella is leaning into the slanting side.there is also a small indent ion on the bridge up at the top that is soft and hurts when I touch it. 9 days post op
