Is this swelling normal? Big belly after full TT

Had tt on April 27th. Today marks two weeks. Swelling makes me look 4/5 months pregnant. Swelling is concentrated on belly. PS gave antibiotics for redness of scar 2 days ago but swelling has gotten worse afterwards. It had gone down after the first week. I look worse than before I had the tt. Depressed and thinking I did this to myself and could have decided against the idea. Tt was after massive weightloss (more than 100 pounds). PS is top PS in my territory.
