Labiaplasty - pain onset 7 years post surgery

I had a labiaplasty 7 years ago (wedge section). In the last couple of months one side seems like it's begun to stretch. It's uncomfortable for me to sit down for longer than 20 mins and using tampons is imposible.

I also feel like I have a UTI and constantly need to pee but nothing shows up at the doctors.

I alway felt too much skin had been removed and there was some tension on my hood as a result. Is there anything that can be done to stop the stetching? I have an appointment with a specialist but not until June. I really don't want more surgery either.
