Why do my breast look square/


I had a nipple lift aswell, but they got infected, then i had a seroma on one of the breasts, they all look out of shape, the surgeon squeezed all the seroma away, then suggested i had nipple reduction the aeorola, had this done but breast still look square and horrible.
