Can I get a refund for a surgery that was never preformed?

So to start off, I am 21 years old and worked day in and day out to receive money for a breast augmentation.

I signed my consent papers a week before my surgery only to change my mind 4 days after.. only 2 days before my surgery.

I decided to cancel because I was not told the long term side effects that a breast implant can cause someone. Therefore, I felt beyond uncomfortable to risk ANYTHING with my health (considering I was in the hospital the first two years of my life). IF he had warned me of the studies regarding the many woman who suffered from illness due to implants, I would not have wanted the surgery... but he did not. I had to find it myself TWO days before my surgery date.

I did sign a consent saying I would not get the money back, but it does not seem fair to me that he withheld important information.

In a text he sent me "Many large repetitional studies have shown no connection to autoimmune disease." But, this does NOT say all. So of course I don't feel 100% safe going into a surgery that may harm my future.

I am in need of help, as I have never been this upset before. I have lost every penny I have worked for and I don't see how this is fair considering he withheld information from me.

Thank you.
