Revision Septorhinoplasty and Turbinectomy

Eighteen months ago, I underwent a septoplasty, bilateral turbinectomy and rhinoplasty to "control an external nasal deformity," gone horribly awry. I won't go into how much I have, and continue to suffer to an unimaginable extent, functionally, aesthetically, emotionally and financially. I have been searching for the BEST surgeon to repair my inverted V deformity, my open roof deformity, my now S-shaped septum, the three perforations in my anterior septum, and to reconstruct my LLC and ULC. I want my nose to be BIGGER, and my airways to be enlarged, so that I can breathe! The over-resection of my septal cartilage, as well as 2/3 of my external nasal cartilage, has left me with bones protruding from my nose, collapsing retracted ala, and skin so thin my veins can be seen running through it. Not only do I not look like myself, I am in intolerable pain daily.
I will need cartilage grafted from my rib (not cadaveric cartilage) to reconstruct my LLC, and to rebuild my columella (which is now clefted). Additionally, I have suffered internal and external nasal valve collapse; doctors have called me a "nasal cripple," and I am at my wits end.
After much research and too many appointments to count, I am looking for a skilled Dual Board Certified ENT/Facial Plastic Surgeon to help me. At this point in time, I cannot breathe at all through my nasal cavities, which are both "severely compromised," as recently documented on a CT scan.
I am in desperate straits.
I was wondering if anyone, including doctors, had any experiences to share about Dr. William Losquadro in Katonah, NY. If so, please, please contact me via private message or via this post.

-In addition, I was wondering if image guided surgery can be performed with an open rhinoplasty?
The initial surgeon performed a closed procedure. As such, I am overly concerned that this second (and final) procedure be performed correctly, with minimal margin for error.

I thank you, from the bottom of my heart, in advance, for your guidance in this most significant matter. I pray you will find it in your hearts to help me rebuild my life by sharing your knowledge. Evermore thanks.
