Need advice on procedure for marionette lines and neck

I am a 52 yr old female. I have recently been losing weight (lost about 40)have about 25 more to go. I have always had very good skin but I was worried that the weight loss was going to cause wrinkles. So, a couple of months ago I started using Tretinoin 0.05% at night and a vit c serum in the a.m.. My skin looks horrible! My eyelids are crepey but my BIG concerns right now are those terrible lines on either side of my lower lip - to my chin, and terrible neck wrinkles. These wrinkles have all appeared since beginning my weight loss/tretinoin/C serum. Part of the problem too is that I simply cannot keep enough moisterizer on my face. I had a facial last week which was great and seemed to "plump" everything up for a couple of days but now I'm back to the dried up old hag look again.😫 I'm so desperate, I called and scheduled Infrared laser skin tightening for next week. Should this help? Do I need something more aggressive? I'm willing to try fillers, peels, lasers, but I would prefer non-invasive procedures right now, if possible. Sorry for the lengthy post. I appreciate any advice I can get!
