What type of nose deformity is this and what can be done about it

I've had this scar on my upper lip since I was 2 from a traumatic incident. I believe there was some damage done to the bones in my nasal tip but I'm not certain. When I smile my upper lip sinks back and my teeth hardly show and I get a line across my upper lip. My side profile is extremely unattractive and I have to fix it. When I push the collumella up with my finger, the whole tip goes up and it pulls my upper lip up exposing my teeth which looks a 1,000 times better. It also gets rid of the hooked appearance. What is this and what exactly can be done for it to get my desired pic? I used an app to show exactly how I want it to be.
