Sudden large volume loss

I am almost 5 weeks PO from BBL. I Know as the swelling goes down, it will get smaller but I am worried. I just took a long flight, but I tried to stay on a pillow on my thighs for the trip. And I just yesterday had a breast augmentation revision, so of course was laying on my back. My surgeon said as of 4 weeks sitting was fine and the breast is the same dr as the BBL. I'm just concerned as to why a big loss that feels sudden. My buttocks do feel a lot softer. Think it's fat loss or just swelling going down? I've been meticulously following the no sitting or laying on my back rule for the first full 4 weeks so I was hoping to avoid major fat die off. Will some of the volume possibly come back as the fat cells get more nurishment? Thanks for any input!!
