Can I sue for partial refund of minilift?
Facelift

Hi, I had a minilift in Feb 16' because I was very unhappy with my turkey neck and extra skin on face when I bent forward. I made it clear that my neck was my main concern. The Dr. told me he might have to cut into my hairline behind my ear but he didn't feel he needed to make an incision under my chin. Six weeks later I went back upset bc I still have bad turkey neck and he said but your jawline looks nice. I was so deflated. He told me he could do my neck if I pay $2000 more! I don't trust his judgement now and even my face wasn't as tight as other doctors feel it could have been. He is an occuloplastic surgeon and maybe he lacked the confidence and experience to know that my neck would not be changed. He did not cut into my hairline either. I do not trust his expertise to go back and I certainly do not feel I should pay again!

Thank you for your reply. I just wanted to add that I did tell the surgeon that my goal was to be able to wear a choker necklace again. He said it would work. I'm only 43. But I have found a much more experienced surgeon to revise when I have the money again.
