Advanced search on Photos now available

Hello everyone,

We've upgraded the advanced search for searching photos. Now, you can search for really procedure-specific things like implant size, implant brand if you're in breast augmentation, or by liposuction type (i.e. Vaser, Smartlipo, etc.).
