Instructions: To add your surgery date, click the day and type your username, first name, date of procedure, and any procedure details you wish to share. To allow other members to communicate with you, it is advised to add a link that goes to your user profile. This enables people to click on your surgery date information and go to your profile. The format for creating the link to your profile is: http://messageboards.makemeheal.com/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=myusername. Simply write your username over where it says myusername at the end of the link and paste this link in the URL link box in the form.
