All the females in my family have extra eyelid skin that makes us look tired and older than our age. I consulted with Dr. Marvel and asked to look revitalized but not tight or overdone. He took time understanding what I wanted, but he was realistic in approach- something I appreciated. The surgery center has experienced staff and they were very cordial and helpful. The procedure was not painful like I expected. I experienced the post operative course that I was told to expect and tried to follow their instructions. I was wearing most of my usual make-up and going about my normal schedule within days. I am now 12 plus months post op and love my updated look. I have print copies of my before and after pictures and they are a testament to great work. Thanks Dr. Marvel! See full review

(3.90) Please do not choose Dr. Marvel in Tullahoma, TN, June 28, 2009, 11:21 pm Reviewer: lorig03@hotmail.com When I meet with Dr. Marvel for my consult he was the nicest person, he listened to every need, and agreed on what I wanted but also advised for different items. The morning of surgery he was very short with me. He gave me all of (maybe) 5 minutes of his time and rushed me. I wanted to say nevermind, but there was a cost to cancel. I brought a picture of myself that morning so he would see what I look like when I lose my babyfat. I thought it would help him see the stomach area as it normally is since I just had a baby. He told me he could not make me look like myself but he would try. After surgery he did not see me out, and he did not give me any type of direction. when I got outside I hd to go back because my lips looked deformed, he had injected in the side of my check instead of my lip line. I had two return again one week later for burning in my stomach, which no one explained to me how to take care of it. I have went back to his office several times and have only seen him once. When I show him the areas of question (which are all of them) he rushes me and doesn't want to talk about it. He states everything looks good and does not listen to what I am concerned about. His nursing staff has been most helpful, but they need to work for someone who wants to help people not take their money. When you visit a plastic surgeon your wants and needs should be the focus, not what the doctor wants you to look like. If the doctor knows he can not give you what you want then he should tell you so you can find another doctor. Dr. Marvel told me exactly what I wanted to hear, but did not preform the surgery the way it was planned between the two of us. He stated he would re do my lips for free, postponed it twice, then when I arrived to have it done he wanted more money. As far as my real concerns with my stomach and breasts, he stated there was nothing he could do. My consult was to have a modified tummy tuck, lip augmentation, and my breats to be lifted. He talked me into performing lipo on my stomach m( stated I did not need a tummy tuck because I would not have any lose skin), restylene in the lips (stated I wanted to haev kissable lips not hard ones), and breast augmentation ( stated I wanted to keep feeling in my nipple and no scars). Before surgery I explained that I did not want my boobs big at all just perky, and showed him how I wanted my lips since I had had restylene before. I also showed him a picture of my stomach 3 months pregnent. I have included pictures for you so you can see before and after. If you are considering using this doctor please consider again. (10.00) Dr. Jeffrey Marvel is the best!, April 14, 2008, 2:38 pm Reviewer: shirleyjt2003 He is an amazing doctor,will talk to you anytime you have a question before and after procedure, his staff is magnificent, i really loved them all, they are wonderful and he knows exactly what he is talking about to get you the results you desire. I am super happy with him and the results i am still early post op only 28 days post op but loving the results so far! and i hear it will only get better! See full review
