I went to see Dr. Young for a BA consult, excited to meet him and to see his office. His staff was not very helpful, either with directions to the office, or with questions about the procedure. When it was time to see the doctor, I found myself hoping that his staff was not a representation of himself. I was wrong. Dr. Young was rude, insensitive, and unhelpful when answering my questions. The first thing he said when he looked at me chest was, "I'll bet you hate your breasts, don't you?" He went on to describe every flaw he saw with them, and proceded to describe how bad they'd look with certain types of surgery. He showed me a very unimpressive set of before and after pictures, and then compared my breast to a picture of a woman with very, VERY ugly breasts, which were only slightly similar in shape to mine, and said that they were "just like" mine! He went on to describe the procedures needed by drawing right on my chest (without any warning he just took a pen and starting drawing on me). Throughout the appointment he man-handled my breasts and made embarrassing comments about them, without any tact. And when it came time for me to ask him my questions, he wouldn't answer any of them. I asked him how long he had been doing plastic surgery and he said, "longer than you've been alive." I asked him what made him want to become a plastic surgeon and he answered with a crass comment about women. And so on...

This was one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. I will NEVER go to Russell Young for surgery, and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else either.
