MY PERSONAL REVIEW

My surgeon had a bike accident a week after my tummy tuck operation and his associate Brian Widenhouse was not accessible to my PS's patients. I had limited post operative care. If it hadn't been for my PS's nurse I wouldn't have any after care at all. I have developed a seroma that feels like muscles ripping due to intense swelling in my abdomin which possibly could have been prevented with proper after care.
I am bigger than I was before the surgery. I started developing high fevers and called the after hours number and he returned one of three calls and told me if my fever didn't resolve by Monday to call the office and he'd start me on antibiotics. This was Saturday night. My fever rose to 103.5 and I was battling it with cool washclothes and fever reducer. The fever broke on Sunday evening. By Monday I called the office and I was pushed off on a nurse rather than be seen by this surgeon. Fever five days after surgery should be a red flag. I don't reccomend this surgeon to anyone.
