MY PERSONAL REVIEW

I went to Dr. K for a scar revision in December 2006. I paid in full(they didnt accept credit cards...that should have been a warning) and was told my check-ups would be covered with that payment. I went for my first checkup and was told I did not have an appointment slot since the staff had not updated their 2006 records in 2007. So I had to return 2 weeks later after I had already driven out there. Then, in 2007, they billed my new insurance (which I had not given them information on) for a visit I was told was covered under my initial payment. So I had to pay $95 for Dr. K to look at my scar from across the room, tell me to use lotion, and left. Also, during the procedure, he dangled my scar tissue in front of my face while I was laying on the operating table, which I did not appreciate. Also, no noticeable improvements on my scar - so it was a waste of $500 + $95. Go somewhere else. Staff was unhelpful and quite rude when I called.
