Did a good job on upper and lower bleph. However it was extremely uncomfortable talking to the doctor. He has a creepy manner about him and this one really sounds nuts. You may feel like you are being judged. He's not very relaxed and seems very uptight. It's already a little uncomfortable when you first meet a doc and tell them what you would like to improve or change about yourself. So the situation calls for a doc that is able to put you at ease. Dr. Broadway is a little creepy and doesn't have good people skills. Now that doesn't mean he's not a good surgeon. He is an excellent surgeon. However I want the whole package. I want a skilled doc that's going to help make the experience comfortable.
After you get evalualted by Dr. Broadway, you are passed off to the sales staff. The lady he had in this position at the time would make any used car salesman look respectable. It was a bad show from start to finish. Tacky and uninformed. With all the great docs in the Denver area, I would not recommend Dr. Broadway. Not because of lack of skill, but you want the whole package and this office doesn't have it.
