First and foremost: I'm a real person. I had a real experience. I'm not speculating about something another person said. I really met this team. I really was a patient. I think everyone is entitled to their own experience--good, bad, and ugly. But I can only go off of what I experienced first hand. And that experience is worth sharing. I underwent 2 days of procedures with Dr Bittner and his staff last week. I flew from Tennessee to California to do it. I'd had lipo on my ab area here in Tennessee a few years ago, and I flew out to California for my arms, back/bra area, inner thighs, and knees. To compare my experience with Dr Bittner to my 1st experience here in Tennessee is just laughable. There is no comparison. Dr Bittner and his staff were honest, kind, and completely sincere. They gave me real feedback, talked me OUT of doing my outer thighs, and were completely upfront from day one. They were professional but warm, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. From my first consultation to these days following the procedures, they have walked with me every step. Always careful to make sure I knew what to expect. They were VERY careful to explain their team approach, and I knew exactly what I was walking into. Day one, a P.A. did my numbing/injection of fluid, and Dr Bittner came in and did all the lipo on my knees and inner thighs. Day 2, Dr Rollins did the numbing and phase 1 lipo of my back and arms, and Dr Bittner came in and fine-tuned it to finish. I was not surprised by this. It was explained to me very clearly on their website, on my calls with them, in my consultation, and on the forms I signed. They are a busy office, but everyone took the time to speak to me, help me, answer my questions... it was unreal. I always felt like I was in the best hands. I was lucid and aware the entire time. Having local numbing was...weird... but not painful. Thus far, my recovery has been smooth. 4 days in, I walked 3 miles last night with no problems. I have minimal bruising, and the swelling is going down. I can already see a great contour. And my arms... oh my goodness. I finally feel like my arms match my body. My whole life, I've felt like I had someone else's arms. Now, I feel normal for the first time. I feel proportionate. I feel amazing. And it's only going to get better. My arms alone were worth the entire experience. I get emotional just thinking about it. There is nothing I can say to express my gratitude for the gift this team has given me. I couldn't be happier. There are negative reviews of this physician on this site--I'm certainly not saying the negative experiences with this team are contrived or exaggerated, because I don't know the people who wrote those reviews. And they're entitled to their own experience. But I CAN say that when I read those reviews, I was shocked. That's not the team of people I met. That's not how I was treated. That couldn't be any more opposite from my experience. I'd advise anyone considering a procedure with Dr Bittner and his team to simply go visit them... call them... ask the hard questions, and get the facts for yourself. I did that. And I have complete peace of mind and recommend them with 100% certainty. Don't take my word for it-- check it out for yourself. You always should before putting your health in someone else's hands. I'm just so glad I chose this physician and his team. If I could rate them higher than a 10, I would. :) I'll be posting pics once the swelling goes down-- can't wait!
