It took me a year to finally decide to have my breast revision. I had saline implants on top of the muscle 15 years ago. After weight loss and time I developed rippling. I went to Dr. Whitlock for advice. He agreed to do my revision going back on top of the muscle with silicone implants. He said I would have less the chance with rippling. 3 weeks after my surgery...after all the swelling is gone. I HAVE RIPPLING!! It's almost WORSE than it was before I had surgery. I'm very unhappy with my results and when I talked to him about fixing the problem it he was arrogant! and said I had very little breast tissue. He recommended me to take my implants out, heal for 3 months, and then go with silicone implants under the muscle....with a cost of $10,000. WHY IN THE HECK didn't we do this the FIRST TIME? I'm now so embarrassed because you can see my ripples thru my shirt. I am now in the process about having ANOTHER REVISION with someone who KNOWS what they are doing! And has a better understanding for their patients. Very arrogant! Do your homework ladies! I wish I would have read the reviews before I had my surgery.
