I had a terrible experience but perhaps was partly to blame as I chose someone who I felt comfortable with rather than who was a good doctor. Although very calm and composed he was equally relaxed when I told him how unhappy I was with what was suposed to be a facelift and instead added years to my face by incrasing the size of it by 1.5. I was swollen for months and months and even 5 years later still have a very big face instead of the lean look with accentuated cheek bones I was after. The doctor had promised me I would achieve this withthe endotine implant. He did not tell me my yface would sell so much. Infact he did not even expect it because he had only done one of these operations before. When I went to see him to ask for a traditional facelift/ correction he told me I would just have to get used to the result because it could not be changed. Since that day I have been put off trying anything new. I would like to have a correction facelift one day if I knew the doctor was going to give me a decent result but I just dont trust doctors anymore. Certainly not the ones who go into the multi million pound cosmetic industry. They just want to get rich quick. The ones who seem to 'care' are the ones who in fact care about preserving their reputation. Please research your doctor thoroughly and dont rush into any new treatment especially witha doctor who seems nice. What you want is solid reliable expertise.
