My experience: This office is so disorganized, it's amazing that this Dr Burnham still has his licence.

I am a 37 yr old patient at this office with mild to moderate acne scaring, a few fine lines, uneven skin tone, pores, etc.

The procedure I had done was the first step in a series of steps I am taking to improve my appearance.

This is the first thing I have done for myself in ten years.
The result is that the spark of optimism and hope I had is gone...
Two weeks post lazor, I have a long "demarcation" mark running down the entire length of my cheek, and two large square brown marks from the machine they used on each side of my lower jaw/cheek.

Dr. Burnham saw me 12 days post lazor, for a unrelated consultation appointment I had scheduled prior to the lazor treatment and was not pleased with my lazor results either.
Dr. B and his staff have said that the same woman would "redo" it.

But, if this woman's technique left me like this, what is going to be different this time to make it better?

This is a more than fair question considering.

I inquired about this in a phone call to their office on Sat. It was a perfectly reasonable conversation, but the woman had to go, I guess, and instead of ending the conversation in the traditional way, she simply hung up on me.

I called back a 1/2 hour later. Another woman answered this time. I identified myself, and the woman promptly hung up on me in mid sentence. I called back, and asked whats going on?
I called back again.
The woman answered telling me that if I called again, she would call the police.


....Simple phone etiquette is all that's required to convey if you cannot presently participate in a conversation.

I'm still very upset about all of this.

I know my concerns are legitimate concerns, but I'm not sure what to do.
