MY PERSONAL REVIEW

(Sorry, there was no category for these two treatments, so I just plugged in "Laser Skin Resurfacing".)

While Dr. Berman was very accessible for consultation, it turned out that "junior" staff did 2 out of 3 sclerotherapy treatments and 2 IPL treatments. The IPL I was VERY happy with! Even after two treatments, freckles vanished (no so for age spots, but they are tougher to get rid of).

As for sclerotherapy: this is a JOKE. All that saline solution does is push the blood further (and further and further) down the capillary so it never vanishes. In fact, each treatment produced WORSE results, culminating in a big patch of necrosis on my shin cuz the solution missed the capillary and was injected under my skin. NOT GOOD. These treatments are like 10,000 pinpricks of torture. The end results are BAD. No offense to Dr. Berman, who is a derm doc (and probably should not be doing lipo!).
