I broke my nose when I was a child and I was left with a small bump on each side of the bony part of the bridge. I was insecure about it so I got it fixed when I was 17. I was pretty happy with everything, except for the columella. That part looks a little bit like Paris Hilton's but not quite as bad as hers. There's also a slight depression (and pale discoloration) on one side of my nose. I went to Dr. Raj Kanodia in LA and he corrected that problem with Juvederm. It's been about 8 yrs since my nosejob and just recently I noticed the tip has become larger and slightly bulbous. So now I really need to get a revision which is upsetting considering they are ungodly expensive. I plan on booking a consult with Dr. Hillinski in San Diego. I've looked at loads of before and afters and I see that a lot of drs seem to do unisex style nosejobs. I liked it that Dr Gentile definitely does prettier noses on women, with a feminine aesthetic in mind. My profile usually looks awesome in photos, but he may have gone just a touch overboard on my slope.

There was one thing that bothered me about Dr Gentile... My friend went to him for her nosejob about 6 monthes after I did, and he gave her computer imaging to show he what it was going to look like, he never offered this service to me. He also gave her much more detailed aftercare instructions including nasal irrigation which he never mentioned to me.
