MY PERSONAL REVIEW

Gervais removed a two small moles from my face. He charged $500 for this. He used some kind of novocaine
umbing injection before he started cutting. Unfortunately, he was in a hurry and didn't wait long enough (5 minutes) for the numbing solution to completely take effect. So I had expensive surgery with pain and then suffered with a numb face all afternoon for nothing. I am not a pain baby, but I had so much pain on the incision site on my nose that I couldn't sleep that night. I think this was in part due to the extra pain from having the surgery without begin fully numbed. I ended up calling his service at six in the morning to ask for pain medication. He did call back quickly, but I have to say I would never go back to him. I also thought the people in the office were all a little snooty, which is just not what I need when I am feeling anxious to begin with.
