I took my daughter to the above Dr for a skin condition, we first had to see the Receptionist two were on the desk, pity i didnt have their names but they were 'mature' we found them very rude, not helpful, not friendly and extremely arrogant. Fortunatly Jillian was the opposite, such a contrast to her staff.
I also found that to get through on the phone you would have to wait at least 1/2 to get answered, surely if this is the case hire a fulltime receptionist just to answer the phones. and hire more welcoming front desk staff.
