Why has it taken me so long to write? Well, what can I say that hasn't been said before? Anyone who has seen Dr. Engler's work or has had breast augmentation, like myself, knows he is an amazing surgeon and true artist.

I was insecure for so many years. I'd have to say, I've wanted implants since I was 14 yrs. old. Not only were they a tiny, "AA"...yea, like the batteries, but they were extremely uneven, one higher and much smaller than the other. I used to cry, often, not to mention, take forever to find the right bra and shirt to wear, so, I would look “normal.”

I've worked out for years and found myself to be in pretty good shape but always felt disproportionate due to my lack of boobs! Strength training doesn't make it any better. If you didn't know, breast tissue only becomes less...not that I had much to begin with. Well, I wanted to have my breasts done and maintain what looked to me as an athletic build. I didn’t want to look fake and that was my only concern after seeing other boob jobs that were just that, fake or obvious.

Finally, after years of being told, "don't do it" and plenty of my own research, I found Dr. Engler. (Trumpet’s playing.) Not only did he put my mind at ease but he was honest and careful not to influence me when it came to making my decision about what implant to choose. Instead, he explained the different types of implants I had to choose from and more of what to expect.
It didn't take long to realize Dr. Engler would be my doctor. He made me feel so secure in my decision to choose him and schedule surgery a.s.a.p.

I was so pleased with the results and even more so, now, four years later. You wouldn't be able to tell I had surgery. My breast’s look, and feel so natural. I am a different person, now. I am confident and happy with my appearance. It is also a pleasure being able to get dressed in no time, wearing those pretty lil' bras like I always wanted to, and fill out the whole cup. I started out a very sad 34 AA and now, thanks to the "Good Doctor", I'm a very happy, 34 B. A very symmetrical and very full B, I might add!

Dr. Engler and his staff were not only friendly but accommodating and caring. I always felt very comfortable during my visits. Right after my surgery, he called to see how I was doing. I really did not experience pain, of course, a little discomfort but took some extra strength Tylenol, that’s all I needed. I didn’t expect him to call so soon but needless to say, was so pleased and reassured that I had the best surgeon ever...an amazing artist and friend.
