I had surgery with Dr. Rohrich 10 years ago and it has been a total nightmare. The work looked great for about the first year, though it made my breathing worse from the start (the sole reason I had the surgery to begin with). After the first year, my nose slowly started to collapse and the tip started hanging. Rohrich took out so much cartilage that there was nothing left to support my nose! After years of feeling suffocated, I finally had a revision done in 2009 to restore my airway. This required complicated rib grafts that I am not having some issues with, so now I am planning a third surgery.

This man has a great reputation in Dallas but I think he is just a bad surgeon. Anyone who operates on noses for a living should understand basic structure and not "gut" a person's nose. This doctor is living in the 80's, where tiny, non-functioning "scoop" noses were all the rage. Get a clue, doc!
