Dr. John Burgoyne has helped me with more than just my chronic and very stubborn sinus/ear problems. I’d been plagued with constant sinus and ear infections for most all of my adult life and no one was ever able to really get to the root of the problem. While I was always suggesting that I needed yet even more of some type of surgery to fix whatever was wrong, he actually tried to avoid doing that as much as possible, instead focusing on trying to get my body to heal in other, less invasive ways.
I’d been to a lot of doctors, trying to find out what was causing all of the chronic infections and he was the only one who ever figured it out. He treats the whole body instead of just the symptoms. He figured out the actual underlying cause of the condition, which in my case turned out to be a combination of about three different things. I was one of those “difficult…complex” cases that most doctors dread to deal with…let’s face it…I was a pain in the a#%!
As a Seattle area jazz/blues vocalist, I was in a world of hurt to say the least. I definitely was no longer able to do the gigs I so enjoyed to do in the past, but now that has all changed for the better. I am able to hear and sing again, not to mention that I’m able to feel a whole lot better too. I am now healthier than I’ve ever been in my entire adult life. Once again I can sing, swim, and do just about everything else that I used to love to do. Yes, there is life after sinus/ear troubles and I no longer fear the future! I highly recommend him to sinus sufferers everywhere…well at least in the Seattle area!
