My consultation was rushed, i wasnt able to express my concerns or feelings. I asked if i would need an augmentation along with the breast lift and he said no, the lift will do what i want it to do (make my breasts look perky again). So i went through with it and took his word on it all.

After the swelling had gone down i noticed droopiness and sagging of both breasts, i went back to him he said it was perfectly fine and so did all the nurses but i knew they werent so i asked for an augmentation to fill out the skin and create fullness. He spoke to me briefly for 5 minutes, leaving me no time to ask any questions such as the size of the implant, whether it was going to be under or over the chest muscle, i was left dumfounded. But being only 20 years of age and eager to have perky breasts blinded me. Right after my operation i noticed rippling in both implants but ignored it, 6 months down the track my right implant has tissue scarring. I made an appointment to see dr hodgkinson and the nurse told me to sit in a room with the door open otherwise 'he wont know your here and wont see you' (um okay?). 10 minutes after sitting in the room dr D walks past and says 'oh whats wrong?'(like he couldnt be bothered seeing me again) i told him one of my implants have gone hard.... "they have healed really well" he said. Go take an ultrasound just to make sure that its tissue scaring. He takes me into the reception room where a man (patient) was waiting and spoke to me about my hard implant so that the others could hear!!!! I was mortified! I was quite distraight so i took my ultrasound right away and when i came to book to see dr D again he had gone to america!! So i booked to see one of his nurses, who felt my breasts and could not notice anything wrong or abnormal with the right implant (must be getting paid quite well because it sure is visible!!). At this point i was quite frustrated ive paid this man so much money and he can take the time out to sit and allow me to express my concerns! everytime i went in for a check up it was with a nurse who was unable to asnwer any of my questions. He didnt remeber my name or what i had even gotten done. everytime i took a friend in he would suggest things to be done to them also. The nurse had my records open infront of me and along with my mastopexy it had written down 'breast reduction' something i had never asked for!

At this point i am extremly upset, disgusted, displeased and unhappy! I would not recommend him to anyone and i am not going back there to fix the problem i am faced with now because i know i will just be rushed into something once again!
