Dr. Engler was the third doctor I'd seen about getting breast augmentation. Before we met, I thought I'd pick the first, but halfway though our conversation I knew it wasn't going to be that easy. When I left his office, I knew in my heart he'd be the one.

Dr. Engler is warm, confident and knows what he's talking about. He knows how to make breasts look 'better than real', as he would say. Most plastic surgeon visits are extremely similar, the difference with Dr. E was his casual presence. I felt like I was chatting with a doctor friend about BA, and I had an extra dose of respect that HE told me the price instead of having his assistant do it. The price also includes all pre-op and post-op visits for life!
Apparently every woman says this, but I REALLY needed them to look real, for personal and work reasons. I almost didn't want to get the procedure if I didn't find a doctor who could do that, and if you saw my breasts you'd know what a big statement that is. My kids trashed my boobs, all the tissue was gone and only skin was left. No one wants empty saggy breasts, but I'm 30 and attractive so it's pretty unacceptable. I'm also a very natural kind of person and really don't like big breasts, much less round, super perky ones. Dr. Engler not only understood my aesthetic, he agreed. I'm thin and narrow, so he agreed that big breasts wouldn't look good on me. This relieved me to no end because I knew he wouldn't put in bigger implants on the operating table like many doctors do.
I arrived early for my surgery and was greeted by Dr. Engler himself (there's no holier than thou, man-behind-the-curtain typical doctor behavior with this man) He made the final markings and confirmed our decisions; 275 silicone implants through the nipple with a tiny nipple crescent lift on one side to correct asymmetry. I met the team and the surgery began. When I woke up his nurse was putting on my shoes and Dr. Engler was repeating instructions to my husband. I had the firm sense that he was gentle with me during the surgery. Judging by my quick recovery and lack of bruising, I think I'm right. Dr. Engler called me a few times daily the first week post op to make sure everything was healing nicely and I was taking the medication properly. He also personally answered every emailed I've every sent, since before I chose him until his very day.
One week post op, he removed my bandages. I was so happy because they already looked good! They looked great naked and with clothes, completely real. I told him they were better than breastfeeding boobs, which was my ideal look. I'm 3 weeks post op now, they're settling in nicely and I can only imagine what they'll look like in a few months. My friends have seen them in a bra and can't tell they're fake. I'm still getting used to people assuming I have nice breasts. I keep waiting for a curious stare or people at work to ask, but no one can tell. Of course when summer comes, I'm sure my perfect breasts will become more suspicious with less clothing, but by then they will have settled in completely and I'll have perfect real looking breasts!

Top reasons to choose Dr. Engler;
*He makes beautiful breasts.
*He listens to what YOU want and tells you how he can realistically achieve it.
*He's respected among his peers, wrote many plastic surgery books and indisputably knows what he's doing.
*He's meticulously hands on post-op to minimize patient error and complications.
*He's really concerned about all his patients (current and previous) and likes to see them periodically, even years later.
*He takes great pride in his work.
*He's very friendly and warm!
*He respects your opinion and privacy.
