This Surgeon is absolutely mad. I travleled from Canada to the UK to see him without support of my family or friends. The consultation was more like a job interview(me hiring him) He performed a surgery on me that left me with 2 different shaped and sized ears. At consultation I told him I was nervous to do ANYTHING to the right ear and that Burt Brent refused to operate on my ears which I told Greg I really respect Burt Brent for. I also told him how happy I was with my previous surgery by David Gault. This did not concern Greg one bit. He was eager and willing to perform no matter what I had said. Before surgery when asked what he was going to do and given a pen to show me with the images of my ears what he was going to do he just pointed and said "nothing radical". During surgery one of his assistants started to panic and Greg had to insist they calm down. I was sent home right before Christmas back to my family with 2 very different sized and shaped ears. This guy is the most inconsiderate surgeon/doctor. Before returning home he asked if I don't mind posting something positive about my experience and said "This is how I pay my mortgage."

When I see photos of Greg O'Toole i now look into the eyes of a mad man.
