 I was fortunate enough to have found Dr Epstein and his incredible staff when I was contemplating having Breast augmentation surgery. I was apprehensive after witnessing friends after their surgeries in other various facilities. They experienced complications such as extreme pain, long recovery time and not achieving the results they expected. I then saw a friend at the gym who looked amazing and when I asked her what she had done to loose more weight she replied that she didn't loose weight she had her breasts enlarged. I had never seen anyone who had the surgery look so natural and feel so well. This lead me to Dr. Epstein.

My goal in deciding to have the surgery that I thought about for 10 years was to look natural and be comfortable with my body. I didn't necessarily want anyone to notice or draw attention to the fact that I had surgery and was finally a normal size. Dr. Epstein helped me achieve that goal. I immediately gained trust him and his office after an extensive consultation and exam. He assured me that I would be the size that was right for my body without compromising my breast tissue. His entire staff was so knowledgeable, helpful and comforting to me and helped me through my whole experience.

After an 8am surgery I followed Dr. Epstein's "Recipe for Recovery" as soon as I got home. After my nap I raised my arms above my head five times and took a shower. I even dried my hair. And as per the Recipe for Recovery I went shopping and to dinner with my husband. My friends who mocked me the days prior to surgery telling me I was out of my mind if I thought I was going to be able to follow the recipe for recovery and go shopping and dinner, couldn't believe their eyes when they saw me. They had not had the same experience as I did and couldn't believe their eyes. In the following days I was able to do mostly any of my daily activities except going to the gym. I went to work two days later. Three days later I attended a formal cocktail party and felt and looked fabulous. For the first time in my life I felt comfortable in my own body. During the next few weeks I stayed active and walked to stay fit and before I knew it I was back at the gym.

Being in the Healthcare profession myself, I know how important it is to share safe, effective and innovative procedures and techniques that revolutionize a field of practice or procedure. This in hopes of enabling more women to have the results they desire in the least invasive and way. Dr. Epstein's next day recovery technique is amazing! Other's claim Rapid Recovery, but no one I know except for Dr. Epstein's patients truly recover this fast and look so natural.
