I went to Dr. Markmann because I saw his ad in "New Beauty" magazine. It caught my attention because it stated he was a perfectionist , so I began my research. Prior to my consult with Dr. M I was on 3 others over the last 2 years and couldn't bring myself to schedule the surgery. After my first consult with Dr. M , I booked my procedure. His disposition , patience and ability to answer all my questions honestly , I knew he was the one. had a breast augmentation with 435 cc 'saline implants above the muscle when I was 19 , I'm know 37. My implants were old and I had severe ptosis (sagging) which required an anchor lift (full masteopexy). I know have 405 cc Sientra cohesive gel implants under the muscle. I am only 12 days post op and couldn't be happier at this point. My main concern was the scarring but to be honest , I haven't even noticed the incisions because I am so thrilled my breasts are in the proper place ,my nipples are no longer pointing to the ground and my aerolas have been reduced. Dr. Markmann's staff is wonderful, from the receptionist to my patient care coordinator, Lauren. He performs his procedures in a hospital, not in the back of his office. This gave me a piece of mind as I didn't want to end up like Joan Rivers ...... With all that said, go see dr. Markmann, you will be happy you did. Plastic surgery is an investment in yourself and remember you get what you pay for.
Good luck on your journey.
