Nicole Richie's Gastric Bypass Surgery - Is It True?

The web's gossip sites are buzzing about Nicole Richie supposedly having gastric bypass surgery and how due to the surgery's overreactive effects, Nicole dropped so much weight that she now had taken off the bypass. This rumor is going around in reaction to what was written in PAGE SIX just yesterday saying this:

“WHICH young Hollywood starlet had secret gastric bypass surgery, but then lost too much weight? During a recent four-day stint at a health clinic, she was actually having an operation to remove the bypass.”

If this is ture, it's def shocking, as we thought she was starving herself to get these results.

So now apparently she's been seen stuffing her face a little bit trying to gain back the weight.
