To find out the rates for a caregiver in your area, please provide us the information below by either sending us a message through our Customer Message Center (for a faster response, please enter "Caregivers" as the Subject of your message) or by calling us toll-free at 1-866-363-4325 (1-866-3-ME-HEAL):

Information to Provide:

• Full Name
• Telephone Number and Email address
• Exact location (city, state, zipcode) where you will need the caregiver to provide care for you
• Dates on which you will need a caregiver and start/end times (you can approximate if you do not know exactly). For example: Sunday 03/11 9am-8pm
• Number of days you will need a caregiver for (minimum of 24 hours). You can include hours, such as for example “I need a caregiver for 34 hours”.
• Name of procedure(s) you will be having
