What Ordering Methods Are Available?

Shopping with Make Me Heal is fast and easy. There are various ways to shop with us including:

  • Credit Credit: You can order with any major credit card by placing your order directly on our website through our secure and safe online ordering system or via the telephone (see below).
  • Order Toll-Free by Telephone: You can place your order by telephone (toll-free) with a live Customer Friend (i.e. customer care representative) between 9AM-9PM Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) at our toll-free number: 1-866-363-4325 (1-866-3-ME-HEAL). If you are calling from outside the USA or Canada, please call: (818) 786-7896. All our Customer Friends are employees of the Company and are very knowledgeable in all our products and services.
  • Bank Check, Money Order: You can order by bank check or money order. See full instructions.

Ordering By Credit Card

The fastest way to shop is by entering your order yourself directly on Makemeheal.com and using a credit card through our secure and safe online ordering system. To order through Makemeheal.com, simply add the item(s) you want to the shopping cart and go through the self-explanatory checkout process. You can typically finish ordering online within 3-5 minutes.

Ordering By Telephone

We are happy to take your order by telephone. If calling from the US or Canada, you can reach us between 8am to 6pm Pacific Time at our toll-free number at:

Ordering By Check Or Money Order

We can accept payment for an order by bank check (from a domestic bank) or money order. A money order is preferred as it is faster to process.  Please allow anywhere from 3-7 business days for a bank check to clear with our bank.

To pay by check or money order, you will need to first determine the exact amount to write on your check/money order, which will include the total retail value, shipping fees and may also include applicable taxes (taxes only apply in California). You can calculate the amount you will need to send for your order on your own or email us for help (see instructions below).

How do I calculate the payment amount on my own?

You can easily calculate the amount of payment you will need to enter on your check/money order on your own. To calculate this amount, simply add the item(s) that you would like to order to your shopping cart and then click on the "Calculate Shipping" button found on the bottom of the shopping cart itself. For your convenience, click here to calculate shipping. The system will calculate the amount that you need to pay for the item(s) in your order plus the shipping fees.

To calculate taxes, if your shipping address is outside of California then you do not have to pay any taxes for your order. For California, taxes are paid on the total retail amount of the order (before shipping fees are added) as follows:

  • 7.25% anywhere outside of Los Angeles County
  • 8.25% in Los Angeles County

For example, if the items (before shipping is added) cost $100 and you live outside of Los Angeles County, then tax will be $7.25.

Once you provide us this information, we will immediately email you back with the amount that you will need to enter on your money order or check.

What do I do if shipping is not offered in my location?

If you find that your product(s) cannot be shipped to your location directly through our automated ordering system on the Makemeheal.com site, we can still ship to your location with the help of a Make Me Heal Customer Care representative.

To arrange shipping to your location, please send us a message through the Customer Care Message Center (be sure to select "Placing an order" in the Subject drop-down menu) with the following information:

  • Name of each item in your order: Please provide the exact names of all of your items. To get a faster response, please include the ID Number for each item which can be found below the PRICE of the product on the full product description page.
  • Quantity of each item: Please provide the exact quantities of each item that you wish to order.

What international shipping methods are available?

We can ship to any country in the world using fast, reliable, and low cost shipping methods. The following methods are available (some products may not apply):

  • International Standard:5-10 business days*
  • International Express: 3-6 business days*

*Customs & Additional Shipping Carrier Fees

International orders to some countries may be subject to Customs inspections and fees and/or additional shipping carrier fees (i.e brokerage fees, handling/administrative fees, etc.) based upon each country's policies and the shipping carrier's policies. We cannot be responsible for time delays due to these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees or additional shipping carrier fees that may be charged to deliver the package to your country's destination.

All of the prices on our website are shown in United States Dollars. The order total and confirmation will be shown in US Dollars, however, the amount subtracted from your credit card will be shown on your statement in your own currency.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO Addresses?

While we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses directly through our automated ordering system on the Makemeheal.com site right now, we can ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses and will be happy to complete your order with the help of a Make Me Heal Customer Care representative.
