One Day Shipping: From Monday-Thursday, orders placed before 10AM PST (1pm Eastern time) will be received the following day. Orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered 2 days later. If your order is placed before 10AM PST (1pm Eastern time) on Friday, it will be shipped on that same day, and delivered on the following Monday. If it is placed after 10AM PST, your package will arrive the following Tuesday.
Two Day Shipping: From Monday-Thursday, orders placed before 10AM PST (1pm Eastern time) will be delivered 2 days later. Orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered 3 days later. if your order is placed after this cut off time, please contact us at 866-363-4325, and we will try our best to expedite it the same day.
If your order is placed before 10AM PST (1pm Eastern time) on Friday, it will be shipped on that same day, and delivered on the following Tuesday. If it is placed after 10AM PST, your package will arrive the following Wednesday.
Exception: Jodee brand items will ship the next business day in all cases, even if the order is submitted before 10am PST

What shipping methods are available to me?
We have various shipping methods available including:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days. In many areas, standard shipping is 4-5 business days. Some areas require 5-10 business days.
- 2- Day Shipping: 2 business days
- 1-Day Shipping: 1 business day
- Saturday Delivery: Only available for some items and only in geographical areas where Saturday Delivery is available. Orders typically need to be received by Thursday or Friday morning.
Every order is shipped as fast as possible and usually on the same business day of the order. In certain cases, it may take up to 1-2 business days following receipt of the order to ship it. Once an order is ready for shipment, delivery will occur within 5-10 business days for "Standard Shipping", 2 business days for "2 Day Shipping", and within 1 business day for "1 Day Shipping".
Please note that some of the above shipping methods do not apply to certain items.
What is a business day?
A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. As a result, orders received during non-business days will typically be fulfilled on the following business day. Please allow additional time for delivery from December 20th through January 5th due to the high volume of mail orders during this period and closures of shipping departments and carriers due to the holidays. Make Me Heal will not be responsible for any shipping delays due to adverse weather conditions.
Processing & Fulfillment
Every order is fulfilled, packed and shipped as fast as possible and usually shipped on the same business day of the order. In certain cases, it can take up to 1-2 business days following receipt of the order to ship it. Once an order is packed and is ready for shipment, delivery will occur within the schedule described above.
We usually have all the products in stock. Our site is updated with the current stock position of each product every hour, yet we occasionally may sell out of certain items during the hour before the update. If an item in your order goes out of stock, we will notify you within 24-48 hours of the order date, provide the availability date, and ask you if you want to wait and buy that item.
How do I calculate my shipping fees?
The shipping fees for orders placed on Makemeheal.com depend on the shipping method that you select (i.e. standard shipping, 2-day shipping, etc.) and the items that are being ordered.
To calculate the shipping fees for your order, simply add the item(s) that you would like to order to your shopping cart, select the shipping method, country to where you are shipping, and then click on the "Calculate Shipping" button found on the bottom of the shopping cart itself. The calculator will display the shipping fee. For your convenience, click here to calculate shipping.
Due to our large selection of products, items are stored in different warehouses. Whenever an order includes items that are shipped from different locations, the order may be shipped in more than one package and be subject to more than one shipping fee.
What international shipping methods are available?
We can ship to any country in the world using fast, reliable, and low cost shipping methods. The following methods are available (some products may not apply):
- International Standard:8-15 business days*
- International Express: 6-8 business days*
*Customs & Additional Shipping Carrier Fees
International orders to some countries may be subject to Customs inspections and fees and/or additional shipping carrier fees (i.e brokerage fees, handling/administrative fees, etc.) based upon each country's policies and the shipping carrier's policies. We cannot be responsible for time delays due to these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees or additional shipping carrier fees that may be charged to deliver the package to your country's destination.

For International order, in case of return or cancellation, Make Me Heal will not be responsible for refund discrepancies due to the exchange rate between US Dollars and foreign currency. We refund the amount in dollars that is due, and any conversion differences will not be refunded.
In the event of a package held at the Customs of a foreign country, Customer will be responsible to contact the Customs of his/her own country. While we cannot contact Customs of a foreign country, we will assist Customer to the best of our abilities by providing any documentation that is necessary for the release of a Customer's package from Customs in Customer's Country.
Shipping Mistake / Lost Package Policy
For every package that is shipped, a tracking number is sent via e-mail to the customer. Once a package is shipped, customer has to follow up until the delivery of their package is complete. ANY shipping claim or discrepancy have to be reported within 30 days after the placing the order. Beyond the 30 days, no claim will be accepted, and no refund will be issued, however Make Me Heal will assist Customer to the best of their abilities by contacting the shipping carrier.
If you find an item to be defective or broken, Make Me Heal will need to be notified within 10 days following the receipt of the order. Beyond the 10 days, no claim will be accepted.
What do I do if shipping is not offered in my location?
If you find that your product(s) cannot be shipped to your location directly through our automated ordering system on the Makemeheal.com site, we can still ship to your location with the help of a Make Me Heal Customer Care representative.
To arrange shipping to your location, please send us a message through the Customer Care Message Center (be sure to select "Placing an order" in the Subject drop-down menu) with the following information:
- Name of each item in your order: Please provide the exact names of all of your items. To get a faster response, please include the ID Number for each item which can be found below the PRICE of the product on the full product description page.
- Quantity of each item: Please provide the exact quantities of each item that you wish to order.
- Size/Color: Where appropriate, please provide the size/color.
- Your Full address: Please include your street address, zip code, and telephone number.
- Your E-mail Address.
Once we receive your message with the above information, we will let you know if as soon as possible if we can complete ship your order to your location (we will also calculate the shipping fees) . Please understand that some orders may not be processed to certain locations, due to shipping restrictions.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO Addresses?
Yes we do ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Express Shipping is not guaranteed to APO, FPO and PO Box addresses since there are delivery restrictions with most carriers.
